The management of PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk. (SSMS) held a meeting and reward outstanding employees. Located at the SSMS Training Center, as many as 38 employees of harvest foremen received awards for performance achievements in 2022, which was held on Tuesday (21/02/2023).
SSMS Chief Operating Officer, M. Syafril Harahap conveyed the provision of rewards in the form of certificates and cash as appreciation to employees who have shown the best performance in 2022. "In the future, all workers are expected to provide optimal performance to each work unit. With optimal performance, the company is more advanced, and automatically the benefits will also be felt by employees, "said Syafril.
The award given to the harvest foreman is in order to encourage and create a competitive working atmosphere between harvest foremen. This reward plan will become the annual agenda of the SSMS Training Center and become one of the Company's strategies to spur employee enthusiasm so that these achievements can be maintained or even improved.
The rewards are divided into three categories, namely the best foreman for SSMS Group as many as 5 employees, the best at the regional level with as many as 9 employees, and the best at the regional level with as many as 24 employees.
The harvest foremen who received awards were judged based on production results, crop rotation, ancak quality, fruit quality, discipline, behavior, and teamwork as well as loyalty to the company.
In this meeting activity, the award was handed over directly by M. Syafril Harahap as Chief Operating Officer of SSMS accompanied by the Region Head and Group Manager.
